STRUCTURE OF SUCTION PORT OF JET BATH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction port of a jet bath capable of mechanically achieving the structure which can take in water only when an intake cover is attached, and allowing a user to easily clean slippery fur and stain inside an intake box when the intake cover is removed.;SOLUTION: The intake box 1 is mounted in such a way that the suction port 2 faces the interior of a bathtub 3, and a through hole 4 communicating with the pump side of the jet bath is formed on a side surface of the intake box 1. A sheet-shaped movable board 5 whose outer circumference is along the intake box 1 is movably mounted inside the intake box 1, and a spring 6 is attached for energizing the movable board 5 to move to a position where the movable board closes the intake box 1. The intake cover 7 is detachably attached to the suction port 2 to cover the suction port 2. In addition, a leg part 8 for pressing the movable board 5 to a position close to the bottom of the intake box 1 against the spring 6 when the intake cover 7 is attached to the suction port 2 is integrally provided on the rear side of the intake cover 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
