PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide injection molding equipment which is equipped with a mounting adaptor capable of commonly using a hot runner for different types of molds, while having a simple structure, the mounting adaptor for the hot runner, and an injection molding method.;SOLUTION: In this injection molding equipment 10, molten matter M is injected, infilled into the mold 40 through the hot runner 20, and cooled and solidified, so that a molded article can be formed.
