PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute the test of a measuring instrument decided by a metric method, especially, the specific test of a measuring instrument with a transformer without omission.;SOLUTION: This data preparing system for testing a measuring instrument for preparing data for test related with a measuring instrument with a transformer which measures electric energy is provided with a server having a database which stores table data in which arguments to specify that a measuring instrument is attached with a transformer are associated with each measuring instrument and an information processor which can be connected through an information communication network to the server. The server is provided with a means which totals the table data including arguments by referring to the database in response to a predetermined totaling request accompanied by arguments transmitted from the information processor and a means which prepares data for test based on the totaled table data in response to the preparation request of the data for test transmitted from the information processor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
