PSOLUTION: When operating the power transmission system 1, transmission capacity of a switching element 11 is adjusted so that the torque unrelated to the starting process of the internal combustion engine 2 is applied to a power take-out device of the power transmission system 1 during the process of starting the internal combustion engine 2.
