PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation comfortability of a hybrid car in the start process of an internal combustion engine, and to reduce the required structural space and manufacturing cost of the power transmission system of the hybrid car with respect to a method of controlling/adjusting a power transmission system (1) of the hybrid car which is selectively driven by an electrical machine (3) and/or an internal combustion engine (2), wherein the internal combustion engine (2) is started by the electrical machinery (3) and the power transmission system. PSOLUTION: As for the driving of a power transmission system (1), the transmission capacity of a switching element (11) is adjusted so that torque irrelevant to the start process of an internal combustion engine (2) can be imposed on the power extraction device of the power transmission system (1) in the start process of the internal combustion engine (2).
