INK JET PRINTABLE THICK FILM INK COMPOSITION AND INK JET PRINTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stable dispersion matter containing a large quantity of solids which can be deposited by an ink jet print technology, and to provide a process for manufacturing an electronic circuit using the composition of the dispersion matter.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an electronic circuit including at least one electronic component comprises step (a) for ink jet printing at least one patterned layer of an ink jet printable composition on a substrate having at least one layer, the composition containing (1) a functional material, (2) an organic polymer, and (3) a dispersion vehicle where the functional material and the organic polymer dispersed into the dispersion vehicle and the viscosity of the composition is 5-50 mPa s at temperatures of 25-35°C, and step (b) for calcining the substrate and the ink composition of (a).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
