PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing information distribution system, capable of distributing the video image of a common door camera intercom, when a resident is at home/not at home, in a multiple dwelling house, and various information in the apartment house, in response to the resident's request.;SOLUTION: The housing information distribution system comprises communication means 11 and 12 provided in each dwelling unit of an apartment house; a camera intercom 20 provided in a common front door and generating a dwelling unit signal, corresponding to a visiting dwelling unit specified by a visitor and the video signal of the common door; an information distribution/storage means 40 connected to the camera intercom and the dwelling unit communication means via an LAN line 10, in order to store the video signal for each dwelling unit depending on the dwelling unit signal, while converting into a predetermined distribution format; and a communication control means 30 for controlling the signals among the common front door, the dwelling unit communication means and the information distributing/storing means, wherein the information for the dwelling unit stored in the information distributing/storing means can be browsed, in response to the request from the communication means of each dwelling unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
