PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bean curd highly containing soybean 7S globulin comprising bean curd-like food, having favorable flavor and palate feeling in spite of having much 7S globulin so that physiological effect such as reduction of neutral fat in blood or obesity-preventing effect can be expected.;SOLUTION: The bean curd highly containing soybean 7S globulin contains total protein, and 7S globulin content in the total protein within an appropriate content ratio.
