PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soybean milk and bean curd each having no taste of raw soybean, no grassy smell, flavor and excellent texture without roughness, to provide a method for producing the soybean milk producing no bean curd lees or decreasing the production amount of the bean curd lees, and to provide soybean powder to be used as the raw material.;SOLUTION: The soybean powder for producing the soybean milk or the bean curd is a crushed product of dry soybeans and has a viscosity D50 of 40 m and a moisture content of 5.2% measured as mass decrease by heating at 90C for 1.5 h.
