PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noodles where each of individual noodle ribbons is surely pressed at given intervals and in a given shape, and giving eaters adequate hand-knead-fashioned palate feeling, and to provide a method for easily producing the noodles.;SOLUTION: A method for dividedly cutting out noodle ribbons is provided, involving installing downstream of a cutting blade roll a guide roll which rotates synchronously with the cutting blade roll in a noodle-making noodle ribbon cutting out step and has a guide for individually receiving one by one or each time in an arbitrarily set plural number noodle ribbons of a group thereof fed from the cutting blade roll. The method for producing the noodles with unevennesses and manifesting hand-knead-fashioned palate feeling comprises installing downstream of the cutting blade roll the above guide roll and an uneven roll having projections for forming unevennesses on noodle ribbons individually received by the guide roll, operating both the guide roll and the uneven roll in a pair, and delivering the resultant noodle ribbons while forming unevennesses on the surface of the noodle ribbons.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
