PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem of being not able to offer a travel to be accepted on a Web page with an inexpensive travel fare only during a predetermined period to a certain number of days before the date of departure, during which a group discount fare is applied, in the travel promoted by a travel agent.;SOLUTION: The system includes a memory 111 storing tour information being promoted, including a group discount fare of an air flight used for the promoted tour, a special discount fare 1 to be applied for a first period elapsing after a predetermined period in which the group discount rate is applied, and a special discount fare 2 to be applied for a second period. When an application is made from a user terminal, a controller 116 decides from the reception date and the tour departure date whether the application is made in the predetermined period, the first period or the second period. In the case that the application is made within the predetermined period, the application is received with the travel fare of being originally set.
