PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize the number of key rows in a left hand control area 25 to that in a right hand control area 26 for reducing a burden of the right hand and allowing key typing of all the keys while keeping home positions 41 and 42 for the left and right hands as anchor keys.;SOLUTION: The twelfth row of a conventional character/code key arrangement is arranged in the first row 39, while rows from the first row to the eleventh row are arranged in the rows from the second row to the twelfth row 40. In this way, asdf keys for left hand home positions in a QWERTY arrangement based on operation by ten fingers of both hands according to a finger operation method are arranged in left hand home positions 41 from the left second row to the fifth low of the character /code key arrangement in the middle lines 34, while jkl; keys as right hand home positions are arranged in right hand home positions from the left eighth row to the eleventh row in the middle line 34.
