PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cladding-integrated solar energy conversion device and a cladding structure for coping with a solar energy conversion module such as a solar battery different from each other in the size and a standard. PSOLUTION: This cladding-integrated solar energy conversion device 1 has integrally the solar energy conversion module 3 in a face plate part 21 of a cladding material 2. The device is provided with a ridge side forming part 23 and an eaves side forming part 22 for mutually engaging or overlapping with the ridge end and the eaves end of the face plate part 21.
