PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coating the surface of a concrete structure, which has excellent workability and by which the hardening property of a surface coating material is not changed seasonally and the swell of the surface coating material and the occurrence of a pinhole are restrained and a cracking phenomenon is not propagated in the hardened surface coating material and to provide a surface-coated structure of the concrete structure.;SOLUTION: This method for coating the surface of the concrete structure 1 comprises the steps of forming a surface preparing layer 2 on the surface of the concrete structure 1 and forming a surface protecting layer 3 on the surface of the surface preparing layer 2. The surface preparing layer 2 is formed from a one-component humidity-curable polyurethane resin or two-component-curable polyurethane resin which has 10-300,000 mPas viscosity and 1.0-20.0 thixotropy index. The one-component humidity-curable polyurethane resin or two-component-curable polyurethane resin is applied to/rubbed into the surface of the concrete structure 1.
