PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop an automated guided vehicle with high accuracy without using another stop detection means by using an antenna for present position detection on the automated guided vehicle side.;SOLUTION: Two antennas 10a, 10b are provided side by side, and a direction of current flowing through the antennas 10a, 10b provided side by side is normally set as the direction allowing generation of a magnetic field in the same direction. When the automated guided vehicle travels and receives data from an recognition card 5, the current flowing through one antenna 10a is reversed to generate magnetic fields in opposite direction in the antennas 10a, 10b provided side by side. When central parts of the antennas 10a, 10b having the magnetic fields counteracting each other come in a central part of the recognition card 5 and when cannot receive the data from the recognition card 5 because power cannot be supplied to the recognition card 5, the automated guided vehicle 1 is stop-controlled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
