PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the flow characteristic control mechanism of a proportional solenoid valve capable of adjusting the flow characteristic of the proportional solenoid valve easily even after the product assembly and the flow characteristic control method using the same.;SOLUTION: In the proportional solenoid valve 1A having the coil bobbin 16 that a coil 17 rolls, the third core 15 that is fixed to the coil bobbin 16, the body 2 that has an inlet channel 3 and an outlet channel 4, the valve seat 6 that communicates the inlet channel 3 with the outlet channel, the valve sheet 12 that opens and closes the valve seat 6, the plunger 10 that is integrated with the valve sheet 12, the plate spring 8 that biases the plunger 10 toward the valve seat 6, the first core 9 that is interposed between the coil bobbin 16 and the body 2 and the bonnet 19 that is putted detachablly to the coil bobbin 16 which the third core 15, the first core 9 and the bonnet 19 enclose the surroundings of the coil 17 and form the magnetic circuit, it rotates a fixing screw 22, moves the bonnet 19 axially and changes the magnetic circuit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
