PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a campaign application processing program for reducing costs to be spent on the execution of a campaign, and for sufficiently reducing time and labor when applying for the campaign.;SOLUTION: In a campaign application processing system, when a customer purchases the object merchandise of the campaign in a store, the application ticket data of the object merchandise of the campaign are transmitted from POS terminal equipment 2 by means of short-range radio communication to the portable telephone 3 of the customer. The portable telephone 3 of the customer cumulatively stores the application ticket data transmitted from the POS terminal equipment 2. Then, the portable telephone 3 retrieves the application ticket data stored in the main body in a predetermined timing, and decides whether or not there is any application validating campaign, and at the time of deciding that there is any application validating campaign, the portable telephone 3 reports the result.
