PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a campaign application management system configured to check duplication of a code pasted on a mailing application sheet for mail application and indicating a serial number which is a lottery ID used on a web, to prevent duplicate application for a campaign by web and mail using the same lottery ID.SOLUTION: A campaign application management system manages an application for a campaign made by an application method of transmitting an identification code attached to a commodity from a terminal, or an application method of sending by mail a predetermined sheet with the code attached thereto. A comparison apparatus determines whether the transmitted code and the code attached to the sheet are duplicate or not, and outputs an error when a duplicate code is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
