PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation apparatus provided with a skin temperature measuring function and a skin temperature measuring instrument with which simple, speedy and proper treatment is applied to disturbance of blood circulation at the skin such as poor circulation. PSOLUTION: The light irradiation apparatus 1 provided with the skin temperature measurement function comprises: an infrared detection sensor 11 for detecting infrared rays emitted from the skin; a control part 12 for calculating the temperature of the skin based on a signal detected by the infrared detection sensor 11; a display part 13 for displaying the calculated temperature of the skin; and a laser element 14 for irradiating the skin with light of a wavelength having vasodilation.
