PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a material web along an extension of a cutting part difficult to access which is positioned between auxiliary material traces, especially adhesive traces relatively upgraded relative to the plane of the material web without staining by coating with an ancillary material in unfavorable form when cutting the material web.;SOLUTION: In usage of a device 1 for cutting the material web B moving at a predetermined web velocity V_B into a division A having a predetermined division length AL, a cutting roller 2 is provided on the device 1, and an angular velocity ω for cutting the material web of the cutting roller 2 is made adaptable to the web velocity V_B. In order to cut the material web B along the extension of a predetermined cutting part positioned between the ancillary material traces 3 in the direction of the cutting roller 2 relatively upgraded relative to the plane of the material web B, the angular velocity ω is made possible to accelerate and/or delay between two successive cutting parts each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
