PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply install a rotary vane with a specified space from a superconducting bulk by using a permanent magnet without contaminating a liquid to be treated or causing an impurity to enter the liquid when the magnetic field of a magnet for trapping the magnetic field corresponding to the permanent magnet of the rotary vane is trapped by cooling a superconducting bulk.;SOLUTION: The superconducting bulk 12 of the magnetic pole structure 11 is relatively separated from a vessel 22 storing the liquid to be treated. The permanent magnet 23 of the rotary vane 24 is arranged opposite to the superconducting bulk 12 in a noncontact state while retaining the predetermined distance. The magnetic field of the permanent magnet 23 is trapped in the superconducting bulk 12 by cooling the superconducting bulk 12 by means of a refrigerator 13 to a temperature below the superconductivity transition temperature. The superconducting bulk 12 is transferred relatively to the vessel 22 to locate the stirring position in proximity of the outer surface of the vessel 22. The rotary vane 24 is arranged within the vessel 22 to support the same by the action of the magnetic field with the superconducting bulk 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
