PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crack-repairing welding equipment and a crack-repairing welding method capable of easily performing repair welding of cracks in a structural member, and applicable to horizontal position welding and underwater welding.;SOLUTION: The crack-repairing welding equipment comprises a torch head 2 which is driven in the three-dimensional direction, a welding head 1 which is fitted to the torch head with an arc electrode 12 held by a welding torch provided on a tip part, a support arm 3 fitted to the torch head 2, a wire feed nozzle 4 which is supported by the support arm 3 to feed a wire to arc light emitted from the arc electrode 12, a monitor camera 5 which is supported by the support arm to pick up an image of a cracked part of a structural member, and a welding control device 7 which drive-controls the torch head by the input of the aiming position of the welding head and the welding condition based on the image picked up by the monitor camera, and allows the welding head to follow the crack of the structural member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
