PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil separator capable of efficiently and easily recovering a refrigerant without inducing the release of refrigerant gas in the atmosphere by preventing an oil from being discharged in sprayed form in discharging the oil to rapidly discharge the oil.;SOLUTION: In this oil separator for recovery and filling of the refrigerant of a refrigerant-collected apparatus, a double tube for heat exchange in which a center tube 251 forms a liquid refrigerant collection passage and an outer tube 250 forms a collection passage for collecting the recovered refrigerant in collecting the refrigerant is spirally formed around a vertical center axis without inducing accumulation in a vaporization chamber 20 for evaporation.
