PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cake having remarkably improved design and distinctiveness by a branded figure and stimulating consumer's appetite.;SOLUTION: The cake is a Baumkuchen 1 having a branded pattern 7 continuously formed circumferentially on the outer circumference 6. The pattern 7 has a three-dimensional appearance to improve the design of the cake by the application of the pattern on a vertical curved face of the outer circumference 6 of the cake 2. Especially, the pattern 7 is continuously formed in the circumferential direction to make a consumer to enjoy the pattern over the whole outer circumference. Since the whole pattern 7 becomes recognizable only by rotating the cake 2, the pattern induces a desire of a visitor to take the cake by a hand and observe the whole pattern.
