PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Wasabi (Japanese horse radish) flavor additive having long preservation of its Wasabi flavor, and excellent in heat resistance with which the Wasabi flavor can be presented in a final processed product even when cooked after the additive is added to a food raw material.;SOLUTION: The Wasabi flavor additive has heat resistance with which Wasabi flavor can be presented even when cooked after the additive is added to the food raw material.
