PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aroma diffusion cell that can diffuse an aroma continuously for a long period at an amount of diffusion appropriate for its ambient surrounding. PSOLUTION: The aroma diffusion cell (1) comprises a built-in aroma diffusion substance (3) comprising water molecules (4) and aroma molecules (5) inside a urethane bag (2). The urethane bag (2) is fermented and aged at 70 to 80C for 24 hours to generate colloidal particles and to have an osmotic structure, so that the large-sized water molecules (4) cannot go through the bag and only the small-sized aroma molecules can be diffused outside by osmotic effect through aromatic pores (6) of the aged urethane bag. The aroma diffusion cell (1) is placed between an upper leave (8) and an lower leave (9) of an artificial flowers and leaves (7) to make a desired aroma continuously diffuses for a long period over several months from an aromatic artificial flowers and leaves (10) at the same aromatic condition.
