PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aroma diffusion device for a portable aromatic implement or the like, capable of forcibly diffusing the aroma of an aromatic substance housed inside the portable aromatic implement to the outside.SOLUTION: The aroma diffusion device 11 for the portable aromatic implement includes a setting means (21) for setting the portable aromatic implement 9 and an air blow-off slit 31 with an opening shape to be along a part of a vent hole peripheral surface 97 of the portable aromatic implement 9, is configured such that the air blow-off slit 31 closely faces some of a plurality of vent holes 94 along a part of the vent hole peripheral surface 97 of the portable aromatic implement 9 in the state of setting the portable aromatic implement 9 to the setting means (21), and is configured such that the aroma is forcibly diffused from the portable aromatic implement 9 to the outside by blowing off the air from the air blow-off slit 31 toward the vent holes 94 closely facing the air blow-off slit 31.
