PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical test information management system that manages medical test information unitarily by a management server by giving it identification information made known to a patient beforehand. PSOLUTION: The medical test information management system comprises the management server 2 that manages medical test information; an input device 3 that gives identification information to individual pieces of medical test information, and inputs the medical test information to the management server 2; a medical institution's terminal that is installed at a medical institution and uses medical test information stored in the management server; and a communication network that connects the control server and the medical institution's terminal. The management server comprises a means to preserve the medical test information, a means to input the medical test information from the medical test information input device to the medical test information storage means, a means to receive the identification information transmitted from the medical institution's terminal, a means to detect from the medical test information storage means the medical test information to which the identification information is given and which is received by the identification information receiving means, and a means to return the medical test information detected by the medical test information detection means to the medical institution's terminal.
