PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information management device and the like capable of evaluating contents of medical information prepared by a doctor or the like and effectively providing the medical information for another doctor or the like.SOLUTION: A medical information management device 10 provides medical information prepared by a doctor for a doctor side device 3b of another doctor. The medical information management device 10 includes: a medical information storage unit 22 for storing medical information; a doctor side device information storage unit 21 for storing doctor side device information on the doctor side device; a doctor side device section information storage unit 23 for dividing a plurality of doctor side device information pieces into doctor side device section information pieces of a plurality of different ranges to be stored to determine a range of the doctor side device to be allowed to browse the medical information; a medical information correspondence doctor side device section information generation unit 44 for associating the medical information with the doctor side device section information to prepare medical information correspondence doctor side device section information; and a medical information determination processing unit 46 for determining medical information to be displayed in a display 13 on the basis of the medical information correspondence doctor side device section information.
