FOREST EVALUATION METHOD AND PHYSIOLOGICAL REACTION MEASUREMENT METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forest evaluation method for evaluating forest suitable to a forest bathing by an objectively and medically elucidated technique. PSOLUTION: This forest evaluation method comprises: a step (S1) to elucidate and select a physiological reaction significantly improved by the forest bathing by a numerically expressible medical technique capable of numerical expression among various physiological reactions of a human body; a step (S2) to form a group of subjects for the forest to be evaluated to measure a vital reaction on the selected physiological reaction in an urban area and the forest oto be evaluated to numerically express the difference by a relative change of the formed subject group using an average in the formed subject group; and a step (S3) of certifying that the forest is suitable to the forest bathing when the numeric value of the physiological reaction obtained for the forest to be evaluated clears a predetermined standard value.
