PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing a part or a semi-finished good which may receive a high load from metal or metallic alloy, and to provide the part or the semi-finished good which performs strong geometric expansion, has extremely high heat resistance and does not have defects such as those found in a part manufactured by the conventional manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a part 10 or a semi-finished good containing intermetallic titanium aluminide alloy includes following processes: (a) a process of forming a rough profile on a plurality of plate-like bodies 11 so as to correspond with the requested final shape of the part 10 or the semi-finished good, wherein some or all of the plate-like bodies consist of titanium aluminide alloy, (b) a process of forming an entire body 10 by joining surfaces one another among a plurality of the plate-like bodies 11 piled up each other, (c) a process of forming the entire body 10 into the requested final shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
