PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that bran removal is only insufficiently attained in a conventional method for manufacturing wash-free rice where crushed rice (an auxiliary material) of ≤10 mesh and ≥50 mesh is used as an abrasive, because the crushed rice has smaller grain shape than that of the raw material rice and is outplayed by the raw material rice.;SOLUTION: A wash-free rice manufacturing apparatus is constituted of: a rubbing machine which is composed of a transport screw and/or a reverse transport vane arranged in a rotary barrel; a stirrer which is composed of a partition wall equipped with through holes obliquely provided at suitable intervals at an octagonal casing provided successively to the rubbing machine via a pipe; and a first separator and a second separator which are respectively equipped with two steps of screen meshes provided successively to the stirrer via a pipe. This apparatus can manufacture the wash-free rice without using water, heat or pressure at all.
