PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rice washing apparatus capable of being reduced in its height and capable of enhancing operability and maintenance properties.;SOLUTION: The wash-free rice manufacturing apparatus 10 is constituted so that raw material cleaned rice is washed in the rice washing cylinder 42 of a rice washing part 12 and the washed rice is dehydrated in the dehydration part 14 under the rice washing part 12 and dried in a drying part 16 to obtain wash-free rice. Herein, since the rice washing cylinder 42 is obliquely arranged in the rice washing part 12, the height of the rice washing part 12 is reduced to reduce the height of the wash-free rice manufacturing apparatus 10. Further, since a large space can be formed between the rice washing cylinder 42 and the dehydration part 14, the operation and maintenance of the rice washing part 12 and the dehydration part 14 from the space between the rice washing cylinder 42 and the dehydration part 14 become easy, and the operability and maintenance properties of the wash-free rice manufacturing apparatus 10 can be enhanced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
