PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MEK [MAP (mitogen-activated protein) kinase] extranuclear migration inhibitor having a new mechanism of actions and to provide a medicine, a functional food, or the like, using the inhibitor.;SOLUTION: The MEK extranuclear migration inhibitor comprises a compound represented by formula (1) or formula (2) as an active ingredient.
