PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate reasonable values of collateral vehicles and ensure appropriate asset value management of collateral according to the calculated asset values of the collateral vehicles.;SOLUTION: After the execution of asset value calculation processing on all the collateral vehicles stored in an asset DB, an asset management processing program is started. All the asset value data of collateral vehicle data stored in the asset DB are read out and summed up (S21). Lower limit data on collateral asset value are next read out from a loan-related data storage part, and the lower limit of collateral asset value is compared with the total asset value (S22). If the lower limit of collateral asset value is equal to or higher than the total asset value (S23: Y), a user is informed of the effect that the asset value of the collateral vehicles is appropriate (S24).
