PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus asset management device, an apparatus asset management method, an apparatus asset management program and a storage medium that facilitate asset management of a field apparatus.SOLUTION: An apparatus asset management device comprises: a utilization asset condition storage section storing a utilization asset condition representing an asset condition of a field apparatus by an operation state; a stock asset condition storage section storing a stock asset condition representing an asset condition by a stock condition; an asset condition transition section transiting at least either one state of the utilization asset condition or the stock asset condition on the basis of at least either one of information of a maintenance work implemented to the field apparatus or information of warehousing/shipping of the field apparatus; and an asset condition display section displaying the utilization asset condition and the stock asset condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
