PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pipe capable of enhancing heat transfer performance.;SOLUTION: In this heat pipe 13, since a plurality of grooves 25 are formed of trapezoidal fins 26 in an internally enhanced inner wall 19, each groove 25 has a bottom surface 24 and walls 31 and 34 mutually inclined to the inside at angles. The walls 31 and 34 are inclined toward the inside with angles, so that the width 39 at the bottom of the groove 25 is larger than the width 42 of an opening part 29 at the upper part of the groove 25. According to this, the size of the opening part of the groove is reversed to be smaller than the groove bottom, whereby a liquid flow from a heat sink side to a heat source side can be further satisfactorily shielded from a vapor flow.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
