PARKING VIOLATOR IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM, AND PROCESSING METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking violator identification system and a parking violator identification method that can simply identify a parking violator.;SOLUTION: The parking violator identification system has a vehicle 11 violating parking regulations and a portable terminal 12 for controlling the vehicle 11. The vehicle 11 comprises a driver's license 21 embedded with an IC chip storing driver information for driver identification, a driver's license reader 22 for reading the driver information, a drive controller 23 for allowing travel of the vehicle 11, monitoring the travel state and detecting a stop date/time of the vehicle 11, and an on-vehicle communication device 24 for transmitting the driver information input from the driver's license reader 22 and the stop date/time input from the drive controller 23.
