PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording apparatus, etc., which are capable of securing the protection on a copyright law by sharply discriminating a recording medium on which private record information is recorded and another recording medium on which the record information is illegally copied, and by preventing the reproduction of the record information recorded on the another recording medium on which an illegal copy is carried out.;SOLUTION: A system controller 125 is provided so as to record second type information having the same content as that of a first type information which are recorded on a DVD-R1R in advance, on a DVD-R1R on which the first type information is recorded, to record the record information on the DVD-R1R, and to reproduce the record information only when the first type information and the second type information have the same content upon reproducing the record information.
