PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform decontamination at a low cost by using an air sucking/supplying means having both functions of sucking and supplying air and usable as a heat source. PSOLUTION: Air in soil is sucked with the air sucking/supplying means 4 through an air sucking passage 14, volatile organic compounds are adsorbed and removed through an adsorption means 5, heat generated by the air sucking/supplying means 4 is used as the heat source, and air in a heated state is supplied to the soil.
