PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize energy save operation by designating the heating section of a part of a hot water generator to operate without limiting the heating quantity and designating the remainder to operate while limiting the heating quantity. SOLUTION: Three absorption cold water/hot water generators 1 are installed in parallel between the inlet and outlet header sections 31, 32 for cold/hot water and provided with a controller 4. Since two generators are operated with a high heating quantity and one generator is operated without restricting the heating quantity when three generators are operated, they are operated with low heating quantity or the operation is stopped for a light load whereas they are operated with low heating quantity or low heating quantity for a heavy load. Consequently, temperature controllability can be enhanced. When the heating quantity is restricted, number of times of operation/stoppage is decreased significantly and energy save operation can be realized.
