PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fluid colloidal crystalline material which is a non-dried material-based fluid colloidal particle-conformed material formed by the spherical fine particles of colloidal particle-sized organic or inorganic polymer in a solid-liquid colloidal dispersion system, having characteristic of exhibiting an excellent reflection characteristic spectrum to irradiated visible light, ultraviolet light and infrared light. PSOLUTION: This fluid colloidal crystalline material is the solid-liquid dispersion under an electric charge of 2,000 S/cm electric conductivity, of a dispersion medium solution of an aqueous or dissolvable water-containing non-aqueous system having 70 % dispersion concentration of dispersoid of the electric charging spherical colloidal particles of organic or inorganic polymer having less than several m mean particle diameter (d). Around the dispersoid, an electric double layer having a thickness (e) is present. The distance between particles (L) expressed by a distance between the centers of particles opposing in central line direction each other satisfies a relationship: (d)(L)(d)+2(e). The solid-liquid dispersion forms a 3-dimensional colloidal particle-conformed material exhibiting fluidity as a particle-arranged structural material conforming as a lattice state in vertical and horizontal directions.
