PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair device for an underground buried pipe allowing quick and reliable repair work, without requiring large-scale devices, to significantly reduce the period of construction work, while also reducing the cost of construction because of a very simple structure, and providing excellence in practice use. SOLUTION: An annular repair member 2 whose diameter can be increased or decreased is disposed in the buried pipe 1 to repair the buried pipe 1. The repair member 2 can be conveyed by an appropriate means to a predetermined position in the buried pipe 1. By increasing the diameter of the repair member 2, the repair member is applied to the part A to be repaired of the inner surface of the buried pipe 1 which needs repair.
