PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly manufacture a concrete plate with a foamed polystyrol waste material used as an aggregate.;SOLUTION: A side form 33 opened at upper and lower sides is vertically movably provided in a molding base form 31 of a molding machine 30 for molding the concrete plate. A side form vibrating mechanism 37 for vertically vibrating the form 33 is provided. A receiving form 40 for receiving concrete is disposed changeably at a vertical position in the form 33. A pressing mechanism 50 for pressing the concrete from above on the form 40 is attached. A regulating plate hole 33e for inserting a height regulating plate 35 is provided at the form 33. Guides 33a to 35c for stepwisely guiding the form 40 to a predetermined vertical position are formed on the plate 35.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
