PURPOSE: To obtain a composition which can give a foam which is lowly odorous and is excellent in weather resistance and the ability to absorb vibration impact energy by mixing a PVC resin with a plurality of specified phthalic esters and specified decomposable blowing agents in a specified mixing ratio. ;CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. PVC resin, 10-100 pts.wt. phthalic ester of formula I (wherein R₁ and R₂ are each a monocyclic hydrocarbon group), 10-100 pts.wt. phthalic ester of formula II (wherein R₃ is R₁; and R₄ is 1-6C alkyl) and 0.3-15 pts.wt. decomposable blowing agent (e.g. azodicarbox-amide). This composition may optionally contain 5-30 pts.wt. phosphoric acid ester of formula III (wherein R₅ to R₇ are each an aromatic monocyclic hydrocarbon group).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
