PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the arrangement of devices and wiring, by which crosstalk can be reduced easily.;SOLUTION: The method for determining the arrangement of devices and wiring is the one in which the arrangement of plural devices are determined and the arrangement of the wiring connecting them are determined according to the reference grid.
