The process and System provide a basis for flexible business models and Transaction negotiation between Content Providers and users.The concept of meta Rights, which enables the derivation of Digital Rights Management, allows the Parties to an ascending Chain of distribution of Contents Dictate the rights transferred and received by the Parties in the downward direction. Therefore, each transaction can be considered a transaction between two Parties, a supplier of Rights and consumer rights.
