A method for the Treatment or prevention of acute coronary syndrome and Related Conditions or for reducing the risk of cardiovascular events.That includes administering an amount of prophylactic or therapeutic efficacy of meloxicam in combination with a quantity of prophylactic or therapeutic efficacy of an antiplatelet Agent to a patient in need of such treatment.This also provides compositions containing meloxicam and an antiplatelet Agent such as a combined Preparation suitable for use in these indications.Moreover, this provides the use of meloxicam for preparing a Pharmaceutical composition for treating or Preventing acute coronary syndrome and Related Conditions, when used in combination with an antiplatelet Agent.
