This refers to a method of feeding Pigs in phase with a Diet for Pigs that improves the quality of meat produced, including its loss by oozed, colour, marbling and consistency, and therefore the characteristics of the channels. The Diet for Pigs includes 1 - carnitine or salts of the same and ractopamine or salts of the same.The amount of the Additives present in the diet is to improve the quality of pork produced and therefore the characteristics of the channels.
