The present invention relates to a method for reducing the viscosity of a mixture based on fat comprising solids and fat that have been previously refined to a powdery mass.Characterized by the fact that the mass powder is subjected to the flow of extension, as such to provide effective dissolution of clusters and the intimate interactions of solids with the fat.Thus resulting in the production of a pasty mass with coating of solids with the fat.The method enables to replace the traditional crushing in a crusher.Or at least reduce the time of crushing or increase the load and the mass production subsequ00b3entes fat based on overwhelming traditional.
